Our organization has a simple mission: to create opportunities for economic growth and stability for underprivileged youth through training, coaching, support services, and technology-based transitional employment opportunities. We are committed to empowering disadvantaged and under-resourced youth by providing them with pathways to self-sufficiency and success, so that poverty, homelessness, and food insecurity no longer stand in the way of their prosperity.

Our vision is to ensure that every young person has access to the resources and opportunities they need to live financially stable, prosperous, and purposeful lives. We believe in a set of core values that guide our work, including empowerment, support, purpose, self-sufficiency, economic equity, social responsibility, and self-leadership.

We believe that financial literacy and self-sufficiency are critical in breaking the cycle of generational poverty and that everyone deserves access to equal livable wages and resources that help them achieve a higher standard of living. We also recognize the importance of social involvement and service in promoting social responsibility and the power of self-awareness and emotional intelligence in developing strong leaders for business and community engagement.

Our organization was founded by Jenis in 2023, with a mission to address the ongoing issue of poverty that negatively impacts the lives of children, youth, and families. We are dedicated to creating a supportive ecosystem that empowers young people to overcome their current circumstances and limiting belief systems so that they can achieve their full potential and become leaders in their communities.
